Using SMS Responder for Admin

Although SMS Responder was originally developed only for emergency or in-the-field messages, it can also be used to save time in day-to-day administration.

Let's say we need to set up a meeting tomorrow for ten of our members. Phoning all ten is going to take some time - some will not answer, some may want to chat! The time scale is too short for email. An SMS to all ten members takes only a few seconds, and the message could ask for an SMS reply to confirm that they can attend.

The ability to select a small group of members from your full list makes SMS Responder very efficient to use for this purpose. And the fact it can be used from home or work means anyone can use it where ever they can access the internet.
